I live about 1.5 hours south of the Oregon Zoo. Every time I go there the animals and sleeping in the corner or the place is under construction and you can't get to the part you want to see. :(
Thanks for stopping by Inno....
That sucks! What a gyp....you'll probably have more fun and see more animals just going on their website.
I go to the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago, the north side. It's free (for the time being, anyway) I haven't been this year. Maybe if a nice day happens and before all the leaves fall off, I"ll go soon.
Its raining hard now, and it's knocking all the tree leaves off, great more work for me! Bye for now.
I am thinking of you, sweetheart. You are so nice and trying to always perk people up. I hope we can help to buoy your spirits when you need it, too. Supportive thoughts from across the miles.
I agree with Opus #6, you do much to make the "blogosphere" a brighter place. Thanks!
I loved watching the tiger and leopard playing with the pumpkins. I always love visiting the Pittsburgh zoo. Have a great night and cheerios, my friend!
Who knew big cats liked Calvin Klein?
Think it's really the scent of the perfume, or is it the ads with all the hyper skinny girls that they really love?
I'm just sayin'...
Love the little kitten pic too, Bunni!
Opus#6 What a sweet and wonderful thing to say. You know that cheered me up. You are a sweetheart too. I feel your supportive thoughts and appreciate your caring. Sometimes friends you've never met in person are more helpful and RL ones!
Matt! The same above applies to you! Thanks for the kind Words....I try to cheer people up and do what I can, when I can, because life is so horrible most of the time, with one thing or another...esp. since obugger showed up.
Teresa: I'm happy you enjoyed the video..they have more on their website and their youtube channel. The Tigers, Leopards, and all big cats are my favorites and the first I see at the zoo. I took great pictures last year, and I just have to sort and label them all. They are dumped into my new mac somewhere! Too busy now....ha ha. Thank you for your well wishes and
extremely wonderful and unfailing support.
GOD BLESS YOU!
Hi SOlomon: I know I thought that was so cool, the tigers love calvin klein...he just better hope they don't love him a little too much or come by there for a photo op....ohh....I am just imagining a funny but potentially gory commercial for Perfume here.
Tiger:" Nothing comes between me and my Calvin" (Finishing off the last remnent and licking his chops)
Thanks for the link my pretty. Glad my dogs could cheer you up a little. There will be more tomorrow.
Remind me never to wear that aftershave in the jungle ...
Hello Odie! Glad to link you! You are such a great friend and always can be counted on to cheer up a bunni with assorted silliness! These were adorable, I can't wait for tomorrows!
Don't wear any aftershave in the jungle. I had no idea they liked all that either. I would suggest visitors to the zoo don't wear perfume either!
Ooo big scary monster! **CUTE x ADORABLE**!!
Hi Red! Happy Halloween: That is the cutest lil kitty! She thinks she's scary....she wants to see scary, I could show her scary...hee hee!
Thanks for visting, I have to hop over your way soon.
As if timing is perfect, I have posted Keemo's motion picture debut over at KOOKs. (doesn't that sound fancy) But seriously, you can see how she moves, her tail motions and how fast she runs in a 1:22 short film. Anyone who likes wildlife should come and check her out as still photos do not do her justice. IEven though Kee is not Big, she is still a leopard and she runs leopard or Cheetah. Thank you Bunni for showing
the wild cats some love. It sure make a big cat fan like me happy. I appreciate all your various loves for all you assorted pets too.
Hi AD33: I'm glad you enjoyed the Tiger's and their Party, I knew you would like it. I will have to hop over again and watch Kee's Academy Award Winning Debut! She is gorgeous and you are a wonderful father to her.
All my assorted animal pals say hello and they are very happy you are our Friend! God Bless....I must make some calls now....The Squirrel Warriors are getting fired up again! Booya!
I've had the pleasure of introducing my kids to two baby pandas in an undisclosed part of right-wing extremist mobster tea-bagging fly-over America. Oh. And elephant asses. Lots of them. Why our elephants always like to show their asses, I don't know.
Perhaps they're Democrats.
Bunni ! Raaaaaaaaaar !
lol.
Dr. Dave! I bet your kids were thrilled to see the baby panda's! Elephant asses...well if they are asses, it goes without saying they are democrats!
Happy Halloween, Dave....I bet your kids will love the Video I just posted. I've outdone my self with cuteness. Of course I'm up in the middle of the night, so what else is there to do?
Kid, I thought that was funny too. I am kitty cat, hear me roar. Sometimes the littlest creatures have the loudest roars, in the grand plan.
